all damages incurred as result of ingestion of this product. These parties shall
not be liable under any theory whatsoever.

other than the amount paid by me for my product. Any and all other damages,
direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive, are hereby
excluded.
9. I do not intend to use this product for any illegal purposes. I understand

illegal substances and is sold only as a herbal dietary supplement.
